Making an apple press

I bought 3 metres of 6x3 softwood from a timberyard. Cut it into 2 metre long pieces and 2 50cm pieces. This will make a frame. Using a jack, some wood and hessian I will press apples to make juice and then will make cider out of it following the instructions.

I have a number of trees and propose to make about 10 to 20 gallons of the stuff, depending on the crop.

My problem at the moment is deciding on which technique to use to join the wood together to make a frame. I want to do it in such a way that it is easily disassembled for storage when not needed.
